1. Service Agreement
By purchasing SyedCo services, you agree to the following terms:
2. Service Delivery
- 24/7 Receptionist: Delivered within 48 hours of receiving all required materials (menu, logo, access).
- Brain Backup (SOP): Delivered within 7 days of interview completion.
- Executive Email Assistant: Delivered within 14 days of account access.
- Auto-Newsletter: Delivered within 3 days of Instagram API connection.
- Custom Solutions: Timeline agreed upon in proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
You must provide:
- Business materials (menu, policies, branding)
- Access to necessary platforms (Google My Business, email, etc.)
- Timely responses for setup clarifications
4. Payment Terms
- Setup fees are due before work begins
- Monthly fees are billed automatically via Stripe on the 1st of each month
- Late payments incur a $50 fee after 7 days
5. Service Uptime & Support
- We guarantee 99% uptime for all automation systems
- Support response time: 24 hours for standard requests
- Emergency support: Within 4 hours
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Unused monthly fees will be prorated.
7. Halal-Focused Operations
SyedCo operates with a Halal-focused business model. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services if we discover a client is engaged in prohibited activities (Riba, alcohol, gambling, etc.) without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
SyedCo is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months as maintenance.
